One would think that the younger sister (Miley Cyrus in this case) would take after the older sister. Thats not the case with Miley Cyrus, the 15 year old singer/actress, star of the Disney Channels, "Hannah Montana". Miley's most recent "racy photo" has her flashing her green bra at the camera.
Then theres Brandi Cyrus, pictured below. Taking a self "Myspace pic" instead of flashing her underwear, Brandi is bundled up in a green jacket accented by the scarf, eliminating any chance to catch a glimpse of exposed neck area.
About the only thing "racy" about this picture is Brandy Cyrus wearing red finger nail polish.
